Linda Chhon picked up the sport of boxing as a way to challenge herself for a better workout.
Now, Chhon, who works by day at her family’s bakery in Roseville, is taking her boxing to the next level. She will lace up her boxing gloves Friday night at the Double Tree Hotel in Sacramento and will be part of an eight-fight boxing card.
